Amazing Family Fun!
We had an absolute blast! The kids loved the children's paradise and we all enjoyed the variety of food. The beach was beautiful, and we had a cool meal at the snack bar! One thing tho, the indoor pool is icy!

Taxi service needs re-evaluation!!! Prepare for potential communication hiccups if you don't speak the local language.

Great variety of dining options.
I had significant concerns with the transportation arrangement at this hotel. The reception staff seemed distracted and unhelpful while checking me in, particularly when I needed assistance with taxi bookings. To top it off, the taxi service that the hotel recommended was not only overpriced but also unprofessional, stopping at a tourism office to push unwanted services on us.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its
wonderful amenities and exemplary service. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly Halik, who went out of his way to make dining enjoyable each day. The only downside was the limited availability of certain drinks at the bar.
